Question:

What's the difference between Datacenter Proxies(Pay/IP) and Static Residential Proxies? When I check my residential static IP on a tool, why it shows it's a Datacenter IP? I need a residential IP.

Answer:

GoProxy's Static Residential Proxies are ISP Proxies.

ISP Proxies are residential IPs sourced from Internet Service Providers (ISPs) for commercial purposes, rather than from private residences.

Target sites classify ISP IPs similar to residential IPs, even though in reality they are actually hosted on servers.

You can consider them a combination of residential and datacenter proxies, at the same time benefiting from the high speeds of datacenter IPs and the anonymity of residential ones.
