We only support refunds for certain situations, including:

  1. Double orders at the same time: You've wrongly ordered two plans at the same time, and there is no use for the plans.

  2. The wrong plan chosen: You've paid for the wrong plan and there is no use for plans.

Please kindly note that

  1. if your account is suspended for our Terms of Service.

  2. if your plan is over duration. 

The refund request will be REJECTED by our side. So please read our Terms of Service carefully, in case it will affect your personal rights.
