We only support refunds for certain situations, including:
Double orders at the same time: You've wrongly ordered two plans at the same time, and there is no use for the plans.
The wrong plan chosen: You've paid for the wrong plan and there is no use for plans.

if your account is suspended for our Terms of Service.
if your plan is over duration.
The refund request will be REJECTED by our side. So please read our Terms of Service carefully, in case it will affect your personal rights.

Please note that the transaction fee (approximately 4%) for payments made through PayPal or by credit card remains the responsibility of the customer. For instance, the refundable amount for a $30 plan is $28 (rounded to the nearest dollar). This refund policy applies to all paid plans.
