Definition

This Subscription Agreement (The "Agreement") is an agreement between GoProxy ("GoProxy" and The "Company") and you, or the entity you present (The "User").

The Subscription Agreement governs subscriptions and services related to subscriptions offered by GoProxy. Subscription agreement is a supplementary agreement to the service agreement. Please refer to the link for the contents of the service agreement: Terms of Service - GoProxy.

GoProxy may at any time, and at its sole discretion, modify the pricing, products or services with or without notice to the User. Any such modifications will be effective immediately once they are posted online, and will affect all the following purchases, including any auto-renewal of a Services plan already purchased by you.

The Agreement becomes effective between GoProxy and the User at the moment you select and pay for any of GoProxy Subscription plans or Services offered within the https://www.goproxy.com/dashboard/buyproxy.

Terms

1. Only GoProxy Residential Proxies come with a subscription billing model, which aims to offer more convenience to our Users.

2. Services may be available for a fee or for free (such as a free trial plan offered by GoProxy). GoProxy has the right to determine the component of any plan, the fee for products or services, the duration of any plan, any applicable discounts or promotion, and other policies related to the subscription services.

3. If the User is using Services during a free trial, the services will be suspended after the free trial expires, until the User makes a payment for further services.

4. The Services provided by GoProxy shall be deemed accepted when the User selects and pays for any of the subscription plans in the Dashboard.

5. The User shall pay to GoProxy all applicable fees for the Subscription Services, according to the chosen pricing plan as offered from GoProxy.

6. All payments to be made under the Agreement shall be free and clear of any and all taxes, levies, duties, imports, fees, or other charges. Where any amount due to be paid hereunder is subject to any withholding tax, the User shall take responsibility for these fees.

7. The User shall ensure that the payment information offered is true and accurate, and the User shall update his/her payment information to always keep it up-to-date.

8. If the User chooses any of the subscription plans to complete the order, it means the User authorizes our third-party payment platform partner to make periodic subscription deductions for the selected services.

9. By authorizing recurring payments, you are authorizing GoProxy to process such payments as either electronic debits or fund transfers, or as electronic drafts from your designated account (for automated clearing house or similar payments), or as charges to your designated account (for credit card or similar payments).

10. The subscription fees shall be charged periodically, and the User is obligated to ensure that there are sufficient funds in their authorized payment method to cover each auto-renewal.

11. Payments of the monthly/annually Fees begin on the date of purchasing the Services and are authorized automatically for each month or year.

12. Subscription fees, as well as fees paid for a continuous Service, are non-cancelable and non-refundable. If there is any special situation, you should contact GoProxy Support Team to reflect on your situation and explain the detailed refund request reason once you met the problem. If the GoProxy Support Team judges that you can get a refund from this order, GoProxy shall authorize third-party payment providers to complete the refund. All transaction fees created in the refund request shall be taken responsibility by the User.

13. Transactions can be processed through various third-party payment providers and/or managed by various service providers. Those third-party payment providers may charge transaction fees from the User, who has the responsibility for those fees. GoProxy uses services from the following providers: AirWallex (Credit Card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay), PayPal (Credit Card), and Epay (USDT, Cryptocurrency).

14. The User should ensure that he/she or the entity he/she represents shall not share the information, data, or services with any third parties (including selling, transferring, sublicensing, etc.), or GoProxy has the right to stop offering products or services immediately anymore.

15. After subscription, to ensure the normal delivery of the user's next month's plan, we typically initiate one deduction through the third-party payment platform 24 hours before issuing the plan. In case of a failed deduction, we will send you an email notifying you of the failure and reminding you to monitor your account funds promptly to ensure successful deduction next time. The second deduction request is usually made 8/12 hours before the plan expires.

16. Only one subscription plan is allowed for the same product type under one account. If you have already subscribed to a plan but need additional data usage/traffic/bandwidth, you can purchase a one-time package for supplementary usage.

17. If you need to upgrade/downgrade your subscription, you should go to "Billing-Subscription" and click "Upgrade Plan" to complete the upgrading/downgrading function, but you should mention that this behavior won't affect the plan you are using now.

18. If you need to cancel your subscription, you should go to "Billing-Subscription" and click "Cancel subscription" to cancel your following subscription, but you should mention that this behavior won't affect the plan you are using now.

19. If your subscription fee has been deducted already and the corresponding plan has been issued successfully, you can't request a refund for your ongoing subscription plan.
