GoProxy has updated one new billing model of subscription for Residential Proxies.

Sometimes, you might encounter insufficient data/traffic/bandwidth to complete your tasks within a subscription period, and you don't want to order a one-deal package as a supplementary usage plan each month.

In that way, an upgrading/downgrading function might help you.

How to upgrade/downgrade my subscription plan?

Step 1: Go to the "Subscription" section under the "Billing" category. Then, click "Upgrade plan" in orange.

Step 2: You will be directed to the "Buy Proxy" page, and you can choose any plan you want to change to.

  • Upgrade:

1) Click a plan with a larger amount of traffic/bandwidth than the plan you subscribe to now, you will get a picture like this. Your new plan will work from the end of your subscribed plan now.

2) And then, you will get a toast of "Upgrade successfully".

3) Your upgraded subscription plan will work from your next subscription period, and it won't affect your ongoing plan.

  • Downgrade:

1) Click a plan with a smaller amount of traffic/bandwidth than the plan you subscribe to now, you will get a picture like this.

2) And then, you will get a toast of "Downgrade successfully".

3) Your downgraded subscription plan will work from your next subscription period, and it won't affect your ongoing plan.

  • Same plan:

You are not allowed to change your subscription plan to the same plan, which is false logistically.

Please note that:

1) the upgrade/downgrade function will only affect the following subscription periods, rather than the ongoing active plan. If you need traffic in Emergence, you can order a one-deal data package for supplementary usage.

2) You can only upgrade/downgrade once during one subscription period, so please think twice before you make a decision.
