You can normally download this file/load this URL, and then you will be blocked from downloading any file/loading any URL anymore, until you make a payment and activate another plan.

The overused traffic will be calculated and stored in your account. If you activate another plan, the overused traffic will be deducted from your new plan.

Under this circumstance, you will meet the situation that I've ordered a 1GB plan, why do I only receive 0.9GB traffic in my plan? And that's the reason.
