You need to confirm whether the payment is completed successfully. If it's paid successfully, you can provide the payment order number for our support team via the popup chat box on our website: www.goproxy.com or email: [email protected] to help you check what the situation is.

If confirmed that we've received your payment successfully but no GB/plan arrives, we will help you activate the plan / add GB(s) to your account.
