Why is the "auto-renewal" status on, even if I haven't completed the payment?

Only affect Static Residential Proxy & Datacenter Proxy orders.

Since the auto-renewal payment is pending, the IP remains expired, and the feature isn't fully active.

  • If you have completed the payment, the order status might not be updated yet due to varying chargeback times. Please be patient.【Normally 10-20 minutes, if over this period, please contact GoProxy Support】

  • If you haven't completed the payment, please click "Action" - "Renewal" again and finish the payment. The auto-renewal feature will activate once the payment status updates.

  • If you haven't completed the payment and changed your mind to activate the auto-renewal function, you can click "Action" - "Cancel Auto-Renewal" to stop this process.
